Yale Park

In the 1970's Richardson, TX had a boom of new growth, and the neighborhood of Yale Park was one of these neighborhoods.  Most of Yale Park's homes were built in the late 70's, to early 80's, ranging in square feet from 1,500-2,500.

The residents of Yale Park care for there homes and will give you a friendly wave as you pass by.  Yale Park is seeing more and more families with children moving in.  With an award winning Yale Elementary in the heart of the neighborhood can you blame them?!  Yale Elementary anchors the center of the neighborhood and hosts children from grades K-6.  According to Greatschools.org Yale Elementary received 9 out of 10 rating, with no shortage of glowing parental reviews.

Like many Richardson neighborhoods, at the center is a city park named after the neighborhood (Yale Park).  The park features a playground for kids of all ages, trails for walking or biking, a pavilion for picnics, a tennis court, and baseball fields.  Plenty to do keep busy and spend time outdoors.  Near the park is a system of trails that connects with surrounding neighborhoods, Duck Creek to the south and Owens Park to the north.

Come check out homes for sale in Yale Park or any other neighborhood in Richardson, TX.
