Breckinridge Farms is an ideal residential area located on the east side of Richardson. This neighborhood sits in Collin County, unlike the majority of Richardson.  Breckinridge Farms is conveniently located close to major shopping and Richardson’s largest park, Breckinridge Park.  Children in this area attend excellent Plano schools.

The homes you would anticipate to see for sale in Breckinridge Farms Neighborhood range between 2,600 and 5,000 square feet in size with prices from $250,000 to $450,000.  Most of the homes have a mature trees, lush landscaping, fenced yards, and flowing floor plans. Many homes in Breckinridge Farms have been beautifully built by custom home builders. Home styles are a newer traditional with one and two story homes, constructed between 2000 and 2006. The smallest of these homes start with three bedrooms while the larger ones have a five bedroom layout.
